Step 3
Click "Submit" and that's it!
Click the "Create Issue" button and a copy of your screenshot, feedback, and any attachments will be sent to your Super Support team to be updated lickety split!

Our Service Level is 1-3 business days, on a first-in, first-out basis. Support tickets for "Grow" and "Pro" level customers are prioritized.
We understand things come up and Super Support might not be right for you. We provide development hours for $200/hour, billed in 30-minute increments. A block of 5 development hours has a 25% discount ($750/5 hours) and is good for one year from the date of purchase. It can be 'burned down' at whatever rate you need.
Don't worry! A Web Pro will let you know if your request is outside the scope of Super Support and provide you with feedback & a quote, if your project is too large.
There are no long term contracts; Super Support is month-to-month. However, we offer 2 months free if you prepay annually.
